What is the return policy on Totscart.com?

Most of the products listed and sold on Totscart.com are eligible for return and refund. You may request returns within the applicable return window. See below details on the associated return window by product categories.

Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Totscart.com. Some of the products come with brand replacement warranty so for any kind of manufacturing defects in the product you can easily get a replacement from the brand.


If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to request return and refund. You may also request return from your orders section.


In the case that you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about a particular item(s) in your order and if the product is unused. You can return them within 7 days of the receipt of the product/s. The return shipping charges in that case would be borne by the customer.


The products you return to us should be unused, and unwrapped with all the original tags intact and include all accessories, instruction guides and labels. Clothing items must be unworn.  It should be sent back to us with proper packaging with a copy of the original invoice. In order to ensure that the original quality is maintained, we request you to maintain a proper packaging for the products you return to avoid fuss. The cost of the original shipping is not refundable.


How are returns processed?

Return will be processed only if:

- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).


Following are the return guidelines:


- Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
- If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
- Once the return is received, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT).


Once you request to return a product via email or from your orders section, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partner will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

 

Can I get product replacement?

If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page , or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available in stock.


How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned product?

We will process your refund within 5 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
